Marc Michalewsky is a seasoned insurance executive with over 30 years of experience in the surety and reinsurance sectors. As the CEO of Roosevelt Road Specialty Surety since October 2024, he has been instrumental in developing underwriting platforms that deliver innovative surety product solutions to the collateralized reinsurance and contract bond markets.
Prior to his current role, Marc served as the Practice Growth Leader for the Surety Practice at World Insurance from January 2021 to October 2024. In this capacity, he managed a contract bond portfolio exceeding 60 clients, generating over $12 million in gross written premium. He also played a pivotal role in formalizing carrier relationships, upgrading contracts, and enhancing the company’s brand presence in the surety and construction marketplaces.
