Leroy Marshall, with 25 years of casualty underwriting expertise, has successfully driven profitability and growth in the artisan contractors’ segment within the construction sector for Tradesman Program Managers. His experience spans high-level middle-market, Fortune 500, and national accounts with international carriers.
