Leroy Marshall is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, pricing, and promoting the growth and sustainable profitability of a current book of business which includes various types of Artisan Contractors in the Construction sector. He was promoted to senior vice president in December 2024 since joining.
Since joining Tradesman Program Managers, Leroy was promoted to senior vice president in December of 2024 since joining Tradesman Program Managers in 2020. He began his underwriting career at AIG in their Excess Casualty Division with a focus on high-level middle market, fortune 500 and national account size related companies with revenues accrued between 25M and 700M. He started as an underwriter and was subsequently promoted to senior underwriter and then underwriting specialist for developing an expertise in the excess casualty area of the casualty business.
Mr. Marshall has 25+ years of experience in the insurance industry and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University with a concentration in Government and Economics.
