About RISE

Property managers face a wide variety of risks in today’s world. The varied and liability-prone nature of property management work requires professional and general liability expertise. RISE was borne from Tradesman’s involvement with construction property as coverage needs changed from builder’s risk to maintenance and general liability.

At RISE, we take a holistic approach to risk management with expertise in loss control services and end-to-end claims management. Our team has the unique ability to handle complex commission structures and policy changes resulting in highly efficient service for your clients.

We remain focused on prevention services, the integration of core safety principles and custom underwriting tools for rate development, predictive modelling, and data mining.
