With more than 18 years of experience in underwriting specialty Sports, Leisure and Entertainment programs, primarily Sports and Motorsports, Jason brings a sharp understanding of the unique risks facing amateur & professional sports organizations, stadiums, venues and recreational facilities.
Skilled in comprehensive risk assessment, Property & Casualty, Excess Casualty and Participant Accident coverages and exposures, Jason will assist the RSI team in consistently delivering profitable underwriting and production results while maintaining key customer, broker and carrier partner relationships through his strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Jason’s versatility in utilizing underwriting tools and systems to efficiently evaluate applications, identify potential risks and structure appropriate policy terms and conditions and premiums make him a great asset to the already respected and visionary RSI team.

Prior to joining RSI, Jason managed a diverse and intricate multi-line book of business for one of the largest specialty programs for Motorsports Facilities & Events in the U.S. He played a key role in expanding the F&E book to over $13 million in written premium for FY 2024, contributing to the growth of the overall motorsports program, which exceeded $20 million in written premium—surpassing the 2024 plan by 20% and reaching a record-breaking production level for the program.
